This company is the worst and deserve to be made accountable in the courts for their lacklustre behaviour! On Friday close to 90% of all there ESXI hardware was hacked, and all customers data was encrypted with a demand for 2 Bitcoin = to 47K. No support was provided whatsoever, We put in 3 support tickets to ask for a server wipe and help to contain the issues, support went radio silent until monday 8pm GMT! This is the reply!

So they get hacked for leaving hyper visors connected all their customers lose millions of revenue and they are so incapable they just drop the platform instead of addressing the issues! They already have class actions ongoing i Suggest every customer here joins it! google for it ovh class action! good job it was not a windows hack they might have threw all there pcs out into the trash instead of fixing it. When you reply to me OVH ensure you feel ashamed of yourselves as you type that reply!

Terrible support. Our server has been down for more than 12 hours. Completely inaccessible. We submitted a ticket 12 hours ago. No response. Called support, the person we spoke to can only create tickets, nothing else. Followed up multiple times. No help. This is not the first time I've had this kind of experience.

If your business relies heavily on your website/web apps, do not put them in the hands of these people. I wish someone had warned me, so I'm warning you.

I purchased a domain via ovh and was asked for documents which I provided on the same day and have been waiting ever since. I wouldn't mind if they updated there customers but they don't answer messages so I'm none the wiser. A further update after 3 weeks and a few chases for an update, I'm now advised there was a problem with the order process and I need to re-order. I should be upset but I'm happy I don't have to deal with this company terrible wait times on support.

This company will make you feel helpless and unsecured. Extremely worst customer service!! For a big company to have this kind of customer service in 2023 is extremely astonishing

200% Scammers. No respond to my emails at all. Upon calling the guy said you will be contacted in 24 hours which is 4 days over. VPS does not show for the dedicated address. Upon asking for refund no answer at all.
Opened a dispute at card issuer now.
Still disagree to refund.

Update as on 06/02/2023 : My open ticket was closed without even solving the query. PATHETIC!!!

Update as on 07/02/2023: Thank you but I am not interested the explanation you provided. You are the only company that has a different VPS other than the one bought.
Guys look on how stubborn they are to issue me a refund. I simply asking for a refund since a week now but they are not issuing me a refund. This is the customer service they are offering.... CAUTION!!!!

I bought the 2nd service with them .. that
- was setup after a week and when it was setup it did not worked because some DNS rules they have

At that time i discovered they pushed me in a 2 years contract without the posibility of terminating the service.

it is SCAM.

i paid for VPS + domain by my VISA
and expected to receive them ASAP.
but after payment site shows info that i need to wait 24 hours. i think ok. but after 30 hours i received nothing.

looks like they just grab money.

going to rent VPS on hostinger since it takes 1-2 minutes.

or DIGITAL OCEAN - 1- 2 minutes to set up dedicated server.

It's cheap, and generally speaking it's usually working.
User panel is very, very slow, which is super annoying!

Every now and then some problem with service renewal or stability appears. When that happens, it's always hard to get information when it's going to be available again. Support can't do much.

My vps suspended and asking for money.
I alerdy prepaid for next 2 month but they asking for clear due again?
I tried to talk with support team,but its now 1 day+,no one response back from ticket section.

Since setting up a dedicated server with OVH, I've had nothing but issues with being blocked by one specific email blacklist that seems to block everything on the OVH network. This caused such an issue with clients that I had to migrate everything off the server.

While I understand that I signed up to a one-year contract, the service was not fit for purpose and, when I requested an early cancellation, it was denied. OVH wanted proof, despite numerous support tickets over the course of seven months reporting the same issue.

VPS and account can not be accessed after two days without any notification via email. 2 weeks I have been waiting for a refund but still nothing...

Support contact is only available by phone, for me this is a problem because I don't speak English.

Atrocious service. Avoid at all costs, nothing works. Even the button the cancel your subscription on their website has an error so it's impossible to cancel.

EDIT this is still taking place, I have already disputed the transaction via my bank and encourage everyone here to do the same.

The worst service I’ve ever come across, when it takes a company a month to figure out how to explain to a customer how to cancel a subscription, the company shouldn’t be functioning a subscription service.

I had purchased a dedicated server on 17.01.2023, thats never arrived. I feel as if I was cheated out of my money! I have sent every single document required, but I'm yet to receive an answer from their support team. I feel as if I'm obliged to get the server that I already paid for. I had very high expectations for OVH, but it's turns out I was wrong.

Horrible support. I don't live in europe but on 2nd invoice they charged me VAT 23%. Several Email to support are not replied. They ignored it just like that. Real Live Support seems like does not exist at all. Their support email only working when they begged me to renew the subscription automatically.

Anuled my order and didn't give me my money back, they are scammers. Don't buy, this is not a reputable host, they are criminals.

Edit: They said in the reply “it was not charged” which is a laughable lie as I used a debit card and the charge do exist in my bank history. They say the money will be charged back, which I doubt it ever will.
